By booking with Elevare Studio’s, you agree to the following:

• A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit) is received.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Edited photos will be delivered within 3-4 days after the shoot.

• RAW or unedited files are not provided.

• Elevare Studio’s retains full copyright to all images.

• Photos are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed.

• Elevare Studio’s may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise before the shoot.

• Elevare Studio’s is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
